Our one and only son turned 4 yesterday and he had a blast at his birthday party! Believe it or not he hadn't had one in 3 years. Sam is very laid back and never asks for a party; he would rather spend the money on tons of train presents. This year Jose insisted on having a birthday party for him so we did. Sam LOVED it! He was way excited all day! When he got back from school he kept asking for the time and kept telling Amelyah, "I am so excited!" Sam invited his school friends and his cousins and we had the party here at our house. He decided to have a pirate theme due to the fact that Halloween is just around the corner. The kids ate pizza, homemade cupcakes and played games; oh and lets not forget the presents! I am so grateful for friends and family that genuinely love our kids and show it on more than one occasion. I still can't believe he is 4 years old! Time really does fly (faster) when your a parent!
